Dakota ends the Showcase with a 2-0 mark after turning away the Armor, who leave with an 0-2 record in Boise. The Showcase continues tomorrow when the Erie BayHawks play their first game against Reno. The game will air live on NBA TV at 1 p.m. ET.

The Wizards look like they are going to hang on and win this one with a 106-99 lead with 28 seconds remaning. Romel Beck with the best scoring performance of the Showcase so far. He has 39 points, including five three-pointers.

Here are some highlights of Almond from this season. His current point total stands at 31 for the game.

This game can boil down to Morris Almond vs. Romel Beck. Beck is having one of his best games of the season with 31 points on 12-16 shooting, also making three three-pointers. Almond has been locked in once again with 27 points on 9-12 shooting. I would not be surprised if he is the next player to get called up to the NBA.

Tight game here in the second half, as the Armor are going to give their all to avoid leaving here with an 0-2 record.

It's halftime with the Wizards up 53-48. Back to today's big news, here is an exclusive clip of Sundiata Gaines getting called up by the Utah Jazz.

After one quarter in Tuesday's finale, the Wizards lead the Armor 29-20. After a middling effort yesterday, Romel Beck is showing his potential with 10 points on 5-5 shooting for the Wizards. When he's on, Beck is one of the best pure scorers in the league so he could have a big night here in Boise.

The Energy cruised to a 116-93 victory, and it didn't even seem like it was that close. A balanced effort for Iowa,  led by Martin's 18 points, with five other players scoring in double figures. Austin was stymied by 23 turnovers, although Curtis Jerrells had an excellent scoring game with 26 points. Springfield takes on Dakota in the final game of the day and the last game of the Showcase for both teams.

This one has gotten out of control with Iowa jumping out to a 77-57 lead. The Toros have turned the ball over 15 times compared to only six for the Energy, so that's where your difference lies. Martin now has 18 points, and Earl Barron has chipped in with 15 points and seven rebounds.

At the half Iowa leads Austin 57-44. In an additional development, Taylor Griffin is on the bench for Iowa, but not in uniform. They don't seem to be missing him as Iowa has been in control from the start.

Cartier Martin is giving Morris Almond a run for the most natural scorer here at the Showcase so far. Speaking of Almond, he will be in action again tonight when Springfield meets Dakota.

Alonzo Gee also performing up to expections, as he has 12 points for Austin, but has already turned the ball over three times. Iowa is in danger of blowing this game open as they have taken a 43-29 lead midway through the second quarter.

Iowa's Mark Tyndale hit all net on halfcourt shot at the end of the first quarter, but it was after the buzzer. Iowa leads 30-23 behind 12 points from Martin, who is 3-4 from the field and has made all five of his free throws.

Early on here between two of the NBA D-League's top teams in Austin and Iowa. Last season's call-up Cartier Martin is back for Iowa after an overseas sojourn, and he is off to a hot start with five points and three rebounds. He's had a few issues with consistency since returning to the Energy, so we will see how he fares tonight.
