20 talented players were named to the 2011 NBA D-League All-Star teams on Thursday, but as with any All-Star game, there are a few players left on the outside looking in. Here's a look at some of the top players who could possibly find themseleves in Los Angeles as replacements.

Justin Dentmon, Texas Legends - Dentmon is third among active players with 19.9 points per game while shooting .497 from the field and .431 from three-point range. He should get the chance to play in Los Angeles.

Dar Tucker, New Mexico Thunderbirds - Tucker might be in Los Angeles anyway to defend his dunk contest title, but his 18.2 points and 5.2 rebounds should give him a shot to play in the game too.

Jerel McNeal, Rio Grande Valley Vipers - McNeal has been one of the top scoring guards in the NBA D-League this season with 18.2 points per game.

Marcus Landry, Reno Bighorns - The NBA veteran is one of the league's best three-point shooters and has helped Reno to a solid first half with 17.4 points per contest.

Jeremy Lin, Reno Bighorns - Lin has played 15 games for Reno and has been arguably the most effective assigned player this season with 18.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 4.4 assists.

Marvin Phillips, Fort Wayne Mad Ants - Phillips is fourth in rebounding with 9.8 per game. He's the only one of the top seven rebounders that wasn't named to the All-Star team.

Carlos Wheeler, Idaho Stampede - The veteran is having a career year for Idaho, averaging 15.0 points and 8.4 rebounds per contest.

Antonio Daniels, Texas Legends - Daniels missed a good chunk of the first half with injury, but when on the court he's been arguably the league's top point guard. He's second in assists with 8.9 per game.
