have always enjoyed basketball and the team aspect of the game. While my basketball skills prevented me from advancing beyond high school, the NBA D-League allows me an opportunity to be part of the game again. Coach Nick Nurse and I played high school basketball together, and it is great to have him leading/coaching the Iowa Energy. The Energy provides an opportunity to showcase this high level of basketball for people in the Greater Des Moines area and the state of Iowa.
